SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printful, and usually ship within 9–12 business days. We've elected to ship only within the United States of America for now, and charge $5.00 for shipping per product category included in your order. For example: if you buy 1 hat, you'll pay a single $5.00 shipping fee. If you buy 2 hats, you'll still pay a single $5.00 shipping fee. But if you buy those same 2 hats and 1 sweatshirt as well, you'll pay $10.00 in shipping (a single $5.00 shipping fee to cover all products considered "hats" and a single $5.00 shipping fee to cover all products considered "sweatshirts"). The reason for this is because Printful outsources production and fulfillment of their products to different vendors, so products are often sent in separate packages. We're well aware of how lame this is.
Once you've placed an order, you might no longer be able to edit the order details or cancel it. If you have an issue with the shipment of your order, contact us within 30 days of the delivery or estimated delivery date. In some cases, you may need to reach out to the shipping carrier directly. The risk of loss of, damage to and title for orders pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. It shall be your responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the order was delivered. In such case After School Club will not make any refunds and will not resend the order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do our best to provide you with the accurate images and descriptions, but unfortunately cannot guarantee that colors and details in website images are 100% accurate representations of the product, and sizes might in some cases be approximate. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us. Because our orders are printed on-demand, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange, but we will do what we can to resolve your issue. Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense.
PRIVACY & SAFETY
We will never sell your personal information. We only collect your information for order tracking purposes and customer service if necessary, or if you opt in to our "New Release" newsletter. We use third-party banking to verify payments, and will always send confirmation when your purchase is completed successfully.
